Refunds

You have the right to cancel and return your order, up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

All postage costs for returns remain the customers responsibility.

These items must be returned within 14 days of cancelling your order, in a saleable condition, in the original packaging.

Any returned goods in a non-saleable condition will be returned to the customer, without a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be paid within the next 14 days, after the goods have been received back. Signed for or recorded delivery is recommended for returned items, as items lost in transit will not be refunded.

If the order is cancelled whilst the goods are in transit to you, a refund will only be processed, after the goods have been received back to Ashcroft Makers.

Exchanged goods will be re-shipped to you free of charge.
